Background
:
1) The Applicant filed an RTI application dated 09.09.2009 with CPIO, M/o Health & FW, New Delhi. He
requested for information regarding two girls who were appointed as home sisters for operative staff in RAK
college of Nursing, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi including the organization or the employment agency from where
they were selected . The CPIO provided some information on 18.11.2009 providing point wise information.
Not satisfied with the reply,, the Applicant filed a complaint before CIC seeking the correct and complete
information.
2) The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for 14th June, 2010.
3) No one represented the Public Authority
4) The Applicant was present during the hearing
Decision:
5) During the hearing the Commission observed that incomplete information has been provided to the Appellant
and accordingly directs the PIO to provide the complete point wise information by 12th July 2010.
