The information on queries 7, 8, 9 & 10 has not been provided. PIO Head Quarters has transferred
the RTI application only to the PIO(CED) whereas information on queries 7, 8, 9 & 10 would be available
with the PIO/Accounts Officer (Head Quarters).
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
Commission directs PIO Accounts Officer (Head Quarters) to provide the
information to the Appellant for the months of May & June 2010 before 15 April 2011.
This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
