The following were present:
Appellant: Mr. Rajendra Gupta;

The PIO has provided certain information. However the appellant would be satisfied if he
could inspect the relevant files.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to facilitate and inspection of the records to the Appellant. The PIO
will give photocopies of the documents which the appellant wants free of cost upto 200 pages.
