5. The list of the examination result that had been announced by the Board.
6. The copy of the question paper and the answer paper.
Reply of the Public Information Officer (PIO):
1. The typing skill test was qualified in nature with the minimum speed 30 w.p.m. in English or 25
w.p.m. in Hindi, as such information as sought was not maintained separately.
2. Same as above.
3. Same as above.
4. Same as above.
5. Marks in part II 93/20. Failed to qualify the skill test hence not selected.
6. The copies of evaluated answer sheets scripts not being supplied as the Board had stayed order
from the court against the directions of the CIC in this regard.
Grounds for the First Appeal:
Unsatisfactory reply of the PIO.
Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):
Orders were given providing the copies of evaluated answer would be given in 7 working days.
Grounds for the Second Appeal:
Unsatisfactory and incomplete reply of the PIO.

The following were present
Appellant: Mr. Raj Kumar;
Respondent: Mr. Hukam Chand, Superintendent on behalf of Ms. Kamlesh Hatta, Public Information
Office & Dy. Secretary;
The appellant has been given information but has not been provided a copy of the evaluated
answer sheets. The Public Authority has obtained the stay form the Delhi High Court against the
Commission’s order to provide evaluated answer sheets. Hence the Commission is unable to give any
order to provide evaluated answer sheets to the appellant.
Decision:
The Appeal is disposed.
