1. The Appellant filed an RTI request dt.17.7.08 with the CPIO, Dept. of
Post, Balia. The Appellant requested for information against 3 points
with regard to the TA Bill submitted by him on 7.5.08. The CPIO
replied on 24.7.08. The Appellant filed an appeal dt.9.8.08 with the
Appellate Authority. On not receiving any reply, the Appellant filed a
second appeal dt.19.9.08 before CIC.

2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner,
scheduled the hearing on February 6, 2009.

3. Both the Appellant and the Respondents were absent at the hearing.

Decision

4. Since both the Appellant and the Respondents were not present at the
hearing, the case is closed.
