:-
The appellant Shri R K Verma preferred RTI request dated 1 July 2009 before the
CPIO, The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., Lucknow, which has been replied to by the CPIO
vide letter dated 23 July 2009.
2. The appellant preferred appeal dated 20 August 2009 before the First Appellate
Authority which was adjudicated upon by First Appellate Authority vide order dated 1
September 2009.
3. Not being satisfied with the reply the applicant preferred second appeal before the
Commission.
Decision notice
4. The appeal in respect of the above mentioned RTI application has already been
decided vide Commission’s order no. CIC/DS/A/2010/001535 dated 4 April 2011.
Accordingly, no further action is called for. The case is closed.
