Facts

:

1. Both the parties were heard on 23.07.2008.

2. In the course of hearing, it emerged that the appellant was associated with
the respondent as an office bearer, for over fifteen years. He has sought for certain
information through as many as 26 applications and has submitted 13 appeals
before the Commission, all of which are examined together.

3. The CPIO stated that the information asked for have been furnished on the
basis of available records.

4. During the hearing, the details of information asked for and replies given by
the CPIO were discussed.

Decision:

5. As agreed between the parties, the appellant would prepare and submit a
comprehensive list of required information to the CPIO, who in turn should furnish a
point-wise response and provide the information as per the provisions of the Act. If
any information is to be denied, the reasons for doing so should be clearly indicated
for review, if necessary, by the Commission. The CPIO should provide the
information within 15 working days from the date of receipt of fresh application from
the appellant.

6. All the appeals are thus disposed of.
