Information sought:-
The appellant had asked following points in his RTI application:-
Particulars of required information:
a) Details of particulars of Rly. Plot, Rly. Shope, Rly. Building allotted to SC/ST peoples on
lease with full/proper postal address & details particulars of Railway Building given on
leage for Comml. Purpose with Tenure thereof with fill address
b) How many Motorcycle stand, Rly. Canteen, Sulabh- Sauchalaya, Commission Agency for
Selling of Railway Ticket are allotted to SC/ST people in Adra Division? Details
particulars thereof full postal Address.
PIO’s reply
The information sought is given as under:-

The PIO replied that there was no record in Motorcycle, Railway Canteen, Sulabh Sauchalaya
etc. allotted to SC/ST.
As per Railway Board’s Guideline, there is no provision of reservation for SC, ST and others for
awarding of contract for running of Pay & Use Toilets, Commission agency at Halt station &
Motor Cycle/Cycle stand.
The cost of the staff for preparation of the above information is furnished below:
1. Cost for utilization of JAG Officer for 1 hrs. = Rs.216.00
2. Cost for utilization of one inspector for 4 hrs. = Rs. 471. 00
3. Cost for utilization of one Sr. Steno for 2 hrs. = Rs. 200.00
4. Computer and other stationery cost for 1 hrs. = Rs.50.00
Total Cost = Rs.937.00
Above staff cost of Rs.937/- only is to be sent through IPO/DD in favour of
FA&CAO/GRG immediately after receiving this letter.
Further application for information will be consider after receiving the above fees.”
