                                                          ORDER

Background

1. The  Applicant,   on  14.05.2010,  filed  his RTI­application with  the  Public Information  Officer  (PIO), 

Regional Medical Research Centre, Bhubaneswar seeking for 5 items of information on the subject of 

‘Renovation of new sewerage line in RMRC, Bhubaneswar’. 

2. The PIO, on 11.06.2010, furnished the information to the Applicant. The Applicant, thereafter, filed his 

1st­appeal with the Appellate Authority on 29.06.2010 stating that the PIO had furnished incomplete 

information to him. The Applicant, however, did not receive any reply to this appeal and, therefore, 

filed   the   present   petition   in   the   Commission   on   21.08.2010   stating   that   the   PIO   has   furnished 

incorrect information.

Decision

3. As the hearing commenced, the Appellant stated that he has received the desired information and 

that he is happy with the same. 

4. As the requirement of the present appeal had been met with,  the proceedings were stopped and the 

case closed at the Commission’s end.
