2. Both the parties were present during the hearing. The Appellant
submitted that in compliance of our order dated 5 August 2010 in the complaint
number CIC/SM/C/2009/001360, the CPIO had provided her most of the
information except the break up of an amount of Rs 1.75 cr, referred to in the
information provided by the Bank against the first query in the application dated
22 July 2010. She said she would be satisfied if this information would be
provided to her. The Respondent agreed to provide this information to her. We
direct the CPIO to provide this information to her within 10 working days from
the receipt of this order.
3. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
4. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
