FACTS
:
The matter is called for hearing today dated 15.4.2010.
Appellant not present. The public authority is represented by the
officers named above. It is noticed that in RTI application dated
8.8.2009, the appellant has mentioned that he has seen the street lights
‘on’ during day time from Dwarka Over bridge to Palam Airport and
has sought information on a number of paras in this connection. The
CPIO had responded to it vide letter dated 14.9.2009. Dissatisfied
with the information provided, the appellant has filed the present
appeal before the Commission.
2. During the hearing, Shri Grover would submit that street-light
is deliberately kept ‘on’ during day time for repair/maintenance work.
He would also submit that information on the points concerning his
Zone has already been provided to the appellant. The appellant is not
present before the Commission contest this fact.
DECISION
3. In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed.
