Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI request dt.3.10.08 with the CPIO, AIIMS. He
requested for information against 26 points with regard to the nursing
personnel posted in Jai Prakash Narain Apex Trauma Centre, AIIMS. The
CPIO, JPNATCX, AIIMS replied on 15.10.08 furnishing point wise information
except for points e, g, h, r and z for which he advised the applicant to contact
Main Institute/CNO of AIIMS for further information. The CPIO, AIIMS vide
letter dt.17.11.08 provided further clarification to points d, h, r and z. The
Appellant filed an appeal dt.30.11.08 with the Appellate Authority requesting
him to provide information to points e, h, r and s.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the
hearing on February 19, 2009.
3. Respondents were absent during the hearing.
4. The Applicant Mr.S.K.Jasra was present in person during the hearing.
Decision
3. The Commission noted that no appeal has been sent to the CIC and that only
a copy of the first appeal was endorsed to Chief, CIC.
6. The Commission accordingly rejected the endorsed copy of the first appeal
