The PIO has given most of the information to the Appellant and also provided the information
after the order of the FAA. Since no action has been taken on the Appellant’s representation he wanted
the name of the officer with whom his representation is lying. The Respondent states that the
representation dated 11/05/2010 is lying with him. The Appellant also wants to know the fate of his
representations dated 26/02/2007 and 19/10/2009. The Commission directs the PIO to provide the
information regarding these in the following format:

Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
