Information sought:
The Appellant wanted certified copies in respect of letter no. RTI/LDH/2008-09/04/221 dated 17/06/2008.
Reply of PIO:
Reply in respect of your application no. SPG/2008/3073 dated 25/06/2008 had already been provided to
the Complainant vide the office letter no. RTI/LDH/2008-09/06/633 dated 30/07/2008 (Copy enclosed).
Vide reply, the Complainant was requested to submit as how public interest were involved in disclosure of
the requested information. Moreover, the office had not demanded ` 49/- from the Complainant.

The Respondent shows that the RTI application of the Complainant of 19/08/2010 has not been
signed by the Complainant. Hence, the PIO has informed the Complainant on 03/09/2010 that since no
valid RTI application has been filed no information is being provided.
Decision:
The Complaint is dismissed.
