dated 09-05-79 as Middle School.

The PIO has located the affiliation file pertaining to 1985 and will provide the copy of the
application of 1985. The appellant states that he wants the application relating to 1979. The
PIO is directed to locate it and provide a copy of the same. If the Public authority does not
have the application of 1979 she will state this.
Decision:
The appeal is allowed.
The PIO will provide the information mentioned above before 15 February 2009.
