Vidyalayas/Regional Offices vide letter NO. F. 1-
2/2002-KVS(RPS) dated 26.02.2003, 27.01.2004
and F. 1-12/2005-KVS (RPS dated 14.012005
respectively. Sh. S.P. Singh may check seniority
number of Sh. Mata Ram Premi, TGT (S. St.) from
the seniority list available with the office of any
Vidyalaya.

Grounds for First Appeal:
Complainant was not satisfied with information provided. Mentioning letter reference he stated
that required information was available at KVS (Hqrs).
First Appellate Authority order:
FAA stated in his order on the basis of the particulars received that Complainant is not eligible
for considering promotion of the post of PGT.
Desired information regarding seniority number/ date of joining in respect of Shri M. R. Premi,
TGT (S. St.) was sent.
Grounds for Complaint:
Complaint mentioned that order given by FAA is improper and wrong.

The information has been provided to the Appellant after he provided the whereabouts of Mr.
Mata Ram Premi. The Appellant have a grievance regarding promotion and the PIO showed the
Commission that the seniority list is also displayed on the website of the Public Authority.
