Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.19.3.08 with the CPIO, NR, Lucknow.
He requested for information against 3 points related to the special medical
memo which he had recieved. The CPIO replied on 10.4.08 furnishing point
wise information. Not satisfied with the reply, the Applicant filed an appeal
dt.7.5.08 with the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority replied on
3.6.08 further information. Aggrieved with the reply, the Applicant filed a
second appeal dt.21.7.08 before CIC.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the
hearing on May 20, 2009.
3. Mr. Govind Prasad, Sr. DMM cum PIO and Mr. Neeraj Gupta, Sr.
DME/Lucknow represented the Public Authority.
4. The Applicant was not present during the hearing.
Decision
5. Perusal of information revealed that complete information was provided to the
Appellant and the appeal is accordingly disposed off.
