The Appellant had sought information from Govt. of NCT of Delhi in
respect of land acquired under Award no. 4/94-95. He also attached a copy of
mutation 1984-85 village tuglakabad, New Delhi.
Sl. Information Sought PIO’s Reply
1. Furnish copy of Original Mutation Appellant can inspect file on any
(Urdu) in the year 1984-85 and give time working day at Tehsil Mehrouli,
for inspection of the same file. New Delhi.
2. The attached copy of mutation 1984-85 Since Patwari do not understand
is a copy of original mutation or not? Urdu hence after translation of the
same in hindi will be sent to you.
Since the appellant did not satisfied with the replies of PIO, he filed first appeal.

The respondent claims that he has sent additional information on 1/9/2008 which the
appellant states has not been received by him. The respondent is asked to give the copy
to the appellant.
The PIO will also give the appellant a copy of the original Urdu jamabandi of 1984-85
of khewat number 44/31 khatoni number 51.
The PIO will also give a categorical reply to the appellant’s query 2 ( c).
Decision:
The appeal is allowed.
The PIO will give the information described above to the appellant before 25 March
2009.
