3. The Applicant was not present during the hearing.
Decision
4. The Commission noted that the copy of the minutes of the review committee
have been provided to the Appellant vide letter dated 5.11.08 in compliance
of CIC decision No. CIC/MA/A/20-08/01190/AD dated 15.10.08 and holds that
there is no merit in the Appellant’s complaint of non compliance of CIC’s
Order .
