represented the Public Authority.
3. The Applicant was not present during the hearing.
Decision
4. The Respondent submitted that information in respect of compliance of Order
No. CIC/AD/A/09/00134 dated 23.2.09 was conveyed to the Appellant vide
letter dated 9.3.09 from the Public Authority. The Commission, on reviewing
the information provided, observed that complete information as directed in
CIC’s above mentioned Order has been provided and holds that there is no
merit in the Appellant’s complaint regarding non compliance of the Order.
