complaints filed by the Applicant in the investigation in the Internal vigilance
Vigilance Department. Cell of the Slum & JJ Department,

2. Furnish photocopy of requisite documents and It does not relate to the Cell.
allow inspection of D&C Register (1999-2005)
of D&C Branch, Slum & JJ Department that are
with the vigilance department.
First Appeal:
No information furnished by the PIO within 30 days.
Order of the FAA:
“PIO Vig. is directed to supply the details and copy of action taken report to the Appellant within 15
working days and allow him to inspect the relevant records if available in the Vig. Department. PIO,
Slum & JJ is requested to supply the relevant information to the Appellant within 15 working days and
allow him to inspect the relevant records.”
Ground of the Second Appeal:
The Appellant has not been given an opportunity of inspecting the records available. Also no correct or
clear reply has been furnished in compliance of the FAA’s orders.

Respondent (1): Mr. C. K. Bajaj, PIO & B&FO, Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board, GNCTD;
Respondent (2): Mr. S. P. Sharma, PIO & Assistant Director, MCD Vigilance Department;
PIO(Vigilance) has informed that all the complaints has been forwarded to DUSIB, GNCTD to
provide the information. The PIO, DUSIB states that the appellant has inspected the D&C Register and
also been provided the information required by him. PIO, DUSIB claims that the complete information on
the complaint was provided to the Appellant before the order of the FAA itself.
Decision:
The Appeal is disposed.
