The Appellant had sought information and requested for provide the
following information pertain to Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Bhopal:-

1. Copy of quarterly report and The information regarding the period
accounts between 01/01/2001 to of year 2000 to year 2006-2007 had
30/11/2008 sent to Ministry. been sent to you by Human
Resources Development Deptt.

Now related to that the information
are again demanded regarding the
period 01.01.2001 to 30.11.2008 on
basis of third progress report and it
takes the time of 3 months or more
for preparing the answer.

2. Furnish full Address, Director name, As was shown by the Sansthan that
which Institutes have facilities for centers are in Ruran/Slum areas,
training of what courses and copies of addresses had been already sent to
available course material and tools in you. These centers are functioning
all 11 Institution which are running by under Jan Sikshan Sansthan Bhopal
Sansthan not by outsiders. For other
information, it will take around 8
months to collect.

3. List of all beneficiaries, their names, More then 15000 beneficiary had
addresses, training periods, name of received the training by Jan Shikshan
the course and fee charged for all 11 Sansthan, Bhopal. This information
centers between 1/1/2001 to had been already sent by Human
30/11/2008. Resources Development Deptt. and
now again its demanded so it takes
time of more than 3 months.

4. Copies of survey reports on dated Personally contacted with beneficiary
01.012001 to 30.11/2008 for for participation in training by
admission in Training Institute Sansthan and they had been informed
about the objective and importance of
taking the training in verbally.

5. List of Board Members of List of members of board
Management according to Institute’s management is attached is attached.
sanction order Para 11 and copies of Board meetings held as per rules, till
Board Meeting’s proceeding register the time there are 11 meetings.
on dated 01.01.2001 to 30.11.2008 Details of actions taken in the
meetings between 01/01/2001 to
31/11/2008 will take time to collect
say around 3 months.
