Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.30.11.09 with the PIO, Dept. of AYUSH, M/o Health & Family
Welfare requesting for information against 4 points with regard to the pay scale of Hindi Translators.
On not receiving any reply, he filed an appeal dt.3.1.10 with the Appellate Authority. On still not
receiving any reply, he filed a complaint dt.8.2.10 before CIC.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for August 26,
2010.
3. Respondents were not present during the hearing.
4. The Complainant was heard through audio conferencing.
Decision
5. The Complainant submitted that he had received the information only against point 2.
6. The Commission directs the PIO to provide complete information against points 1, 3 and 4 to the
Complainant by 2.10.10.
7. The Complaint is disposed of with the above directions.
