FACTS
:
Heard today dated 27.10.2011. Appellant not present. The Department is
represented by Shri Ashok Kumar Rajak, ASP, Dhanbad.
2. It is noticed that vide RTI application dated 20.7.2010 the appellant had
sought information on 03 paras regarding the selections having been made to the
GDS Cadre. The CPIO had informed the appellant vide letter dated 19.8.2010
that the requested information could not be supplied as the selection process was
under way.
3. However, during the hearing Shri Rajak submits that after the completion
of selection process, requisite information on all the 03 paras has already been
supplied to the appellant vide their letters dated 6.9.2010 and 18.10.2011.
4. In view of the above, the appeal has become infructuous. Dismissed.
