Kindly refer to your letter No. NIL dated 04.11.2009 in reply to the Show 
Cause Notice issued vide Commission’s Order of even number dated 15.10.2009 in 
the case of Shanti Narayan Das Vs CPIO Punjab National Bank, Darbanga.   Your 
explanation  was   placed   before   the   Hon’ble   Information  Commissioner   who   has 
accepted it as satisfactory.  In view of the same, the show cause notice issued to you 
is, hereby withdrawn and the case is being treated as closed.

2. You are directed to forward to the Commission a copy of your original reply 
dated 1.10.2008 for information and record.  You are also advised to make use of 
office stationary in your official correspondence.
