19.11.2009

 in the case of Shashi Kant Vs CPIO Bank of Baroda, Ballia Branch. Your 
explanation  was   placed   before   the   Hon’ble   Information  Commissioner   who   has 
accepted it as satisfactory.  In view of the same, the show cause notice issued to you 
is, hereby withdrawn and the case is being treated as closed.
