3b(i). Please inform the appellant husband Sh. R. L. Adalkha H A Retd. Net GBSSS Rly. Col. TKD, New
Delhi, but no action or reply so far of cases of selection scale applied on 14/05/2008 inform latest
furnish of it (A.C.P. case 06/09/2003).
3b(ii). Inform 14/05/2008 till date (up to date) position of 2 cases.
3b(iii). A.C.P. case of R.L. Adakha submitted on 06/09/2003 neither any taken nor reply after 7 years.
PIO Reply:
The point wise information as asked for is as under:
3b(i). Selection scale file in r/o Sudershan Adlakha was rejected by the DSC and sent back to HOS on
12.01.2010 through concerned zone and case file R.L Adlakha was also sent back to HOS in the
month of March 2009.
3b(ii) Same as above.
3b(iii) ACP case of RL Adlakha submitted on 06.09.2003 received back from ACP Cell on 06.08.2010
due to average ACR for two years. The case is under process for upgrading the ACR.
Grounds of the First Appeal:
Provided information is unsatisfactory, incorrect and incomplete.
Order of the FAA:
APIO (South) informed the RTI application was received on 19.11.2010 and the final reply was sent to
the applicant on 21.12.2010. The appellant in his appeal has submitted that the information as asked for in
his RTI application has not been provided to him.
The appeal is accepted and PIO/DDE (South) is directed to again provide the requisite
information/documents as required by the appellant in this above RTI application within 10 days free of
cost.
Ground of the Second Appeal:
The appellant is unsatisfied.

The Appellant has been provided all the information available on the record. He has a grievance
that he has not been given any promotion or ACP in his entire service. This is not a matter in which the
Commission has any jurisdiction.

The Appeal is disposed.
