2. We heard this case through video conferencing. The Appellant was not
present. The Respondent was present in the Moradabad studio of the NIC. He
reported that having received all the information from the Bank, the Appellant
had probably written to the CIC withdrawing the appeal. Although we do not
seem to have received this letter, the Respondent read out the contents and
promised to send the withdrawal letter to us by fax. Since the appeal has been
withdrawn by the Appellant having satisfactorily received the desired
information, the case is closed without any further orders.
3. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
