Facts

:­ 

1. The   applicant   presented   RTI   request   dated 

3.4.2010   before   the   CPIO,   State   Institute   of 

Education,   Chandigarh   Administration,   vide   which   he 

sought   information   through   8   points   pertaining   to 

appointment   of   Lecturers   and   utilization   of   Craft 

Fund – enclosed herewith as Annexure ‘A’.

2. The   CPIO   provided   information   through   26 

pages,   for   which   appellant   deposited   requisite   fee. 

However,   the   information   provided   failed   to   satisfy 

the   appellant,   who   preferred   appeal   dated   18.6.2010 

before   the   First   Appellate   Authority.   FAA   disposed 

off   the   matter   vide   his   order   dated   15.7.2010   after 

giving personal hearing to the CPIO and the appellant 

and   directed   the   CPIO   to   provide   full   and   complete 
information as requested under points 1 and 6  of the 

RTI application. 

3.   The   appellant   preferred   second   appeal 

before   the   Commission.     The   matter   was   heard   today. 

Both   parties   were   present   as   above   and   made   their 

submissions.

Decision  

4.  After   hearing   both   parties,   the   Commission 

observes   that   information   provided   against   point   1, 

even   though   it   is   complete,   lacks   some   clarity. 

Respondent   is   directed   to   re­frame   the   information 

provided   by   him   by   giving   additional   focus   and 

provide the same to the appellant within one week of 

the receipt of the order.
