Facts

arising from the Complaint:

Mr. Vijay Arur, filed an RTI application with the PIO, Syndicate Bank on
03/05/2011 asking for certain information. However on not having received any
information within the mandated time, the Complainant filed a complaint under Section
18 of the RTI Act with the Commission on 06/06/2011.

The Commission has received a letter dated 16/08/2011 from the complainant
stating that he has received the information from the PIO which was sent on 23 May
2011.

Decision:

The Complaint is disposed.

Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
