ORDER
Sh. Vijay Lakra, the Complainant, has filed an appeal before the Commssion in which he
submits that he has not been provided with a copy of the CPIO’s reply in respect to his RTI
application dated 5.03.2009.
During the hearing the Respondent submits that requisite reply has been provided to the
Complainant vide PIO’s letter dated 6.04.2009. They further, informed that the CPIO’s reply was
again sent to the Appellant by speed post on the directions of Central Information Commission’s
order dated 22.12.2009.
After hearing the Respondent and on perusal of the relevant documents on file, the
Commission is of the view that requisite reply has been sent to the Appellant.
With these directions / observations the matter is disposed of on the part of the
Commission.
