On behalf of the Respondent, Shri Mitra, CPIO was present.
2. We heard this case through videoconferencing. The Complainant was
not present. The Respondents were present in the Lucknow studio of the NIC.
The CPIO had already sent his written explanation to us on 11 November 2009.
In our order dated 15 October 2009, we had directed the CPIO to provide the
desired information to the Complainant as well as to explain the reasons for the
delay. The Respondents submitted that the RTI application had not been
received at all in the office of the CPIO. They came to know about this only
when our order reached them. The CPIO has since provided the available
information to the Complainant.
3. In view of the above, the case is disposed of without any further direction
or orders.
4. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
