                                           ORDER

Shri Vinod Kumar, the appellant has filed this appeal dated 18.11.2010 before the
Commission against Delhi Police, Outer District, Delhi for providing unsatisfactory
information to his RTI-request dated 13.8.2010, which came up for hearing on 15.3.2011.
The appellant was present in person, whereas the respondents were represented by Shri
Manoj Sharma, Inspector and Shri Madan Lal, SI, Outer Dist.

2. The appellant filed RTI-request dated 13.8.2010, seeking information on six RTI-
queries pertaining to Record Registers of PS Narela, Copy of Register of Beat No. 1
(Narela town) etc. The PIO vide letter No. 5398/I.D. No. 1766/RTI Cell/Outer District dated
10.9.2010 has replied to the appellant.

3. Aggrieved by the decision of PIO, the appellant filed first-appeal on 1.10.2010
before AA , contesting on Point No. 1, 2 and 6 of his RTI-request. The AA vide order No.
899/Appeal/RTI/Outer District dated 26.10.2010 has remitted the matter to PIO with the
direction to provide information to the appellant on Point No. 1, 2 and 6 within five days.

4. The respondents submitted that the PIO has complied with the direction of AA and
has replied to the appellant vide letter No. 6411/RTI Cell/Outer District dated 30.10.2010.

5. After hearing the parties and on perusal of the relevant documents on file, the PIO
is directed to provide information on Point No. 1 – Name of the Register maintained at
Police Station; Point No. 2 – provide copies of information pertaining to proceedings u/s 82
Cr. P.C. in respect of the appellant; and Point No. 6 – copy of enquiry report pertaining to
DD No. 56 B dated 20.6.2010, free of cost the appellant within ten days of the receipt of
this order.

The matter is disposed of with the above directions.
