The Commission,   on review of the submissions on record   in the above three cases (two of which pertain to one 

individual­ Shri Chandra Singh Chauhan),  noted that the information sought in them is similar to the information sought 

in an earlier RTI application already decided by this bench in     case No.CIC/AD/C/2010/001336 dt.20.9.11.       It is 

therefore held that the decision given in the earlier case  holds good in the three instant cases .   Information  may be 

provided to the Appellants by 8.12.11.
