Information Sought:
The appellant through his 52 queries sought various information from PIO,
Mahatma Gandhi Antarashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya regarding various service
leave rules, adoption of Central Services Rules, deductions details of GPF,
appointment date of Dr. Vrishabh Prasad Jain, reasons of his
termination/appointment, date on which Dr. Jain’s leave extension application was
received and various other universities procedural queries……..
