this Court the order dated July 23, 2010 passed by the Apex Court in
Civil Appeal No. 5916 of 2010 with Civil Appeal No.5914 of 2010,
whereby, the the matter is remitted to this Court for passing fresh
speaking order within a maximum period of four weeks from the date of
production of copy of the said order.

Learned
advocates Mr. P.S. Patel and Mr. B.H. Bhagat appearing for respective
respondents seek time.

With
the request of the learned advocates for both sides, the matter is
