Through the supplementary affidavit filed today the petitioners have filed the
official gazette Notification, whereby the notice has been published.
Accordingly he submits that the provisions of the Act have been complied
with.

Through the present petition the petitioners have prayed to appoint an Official
Liquidator for winding up of the Company, which is pending consideration,
during pending consideration of which I feel it appropriate to protect the
petitioners from arrest in connection with the First Information Report, if any,
lodged in relation to the subject matter, till further orders of this court.
