Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to the letter bearing No.P43/2010 dated 15.10.2010 and to quash the same consequently directing the respondent to register the pending sale papers in P43/2010 as documents to return the same to the petitioner.

					O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondent and if the representation is directed to be disposed of by the respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondent, within a period of 15 days from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks thereafter. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
