Ground of the First Appeal:
Not having received any information from PIO within the time mandate of 30 days as per RTI Act
2005 and hence the appeal is filed.
Order of the FAA:
The PIO is directed to supply the reply and demanded papers within two weeks from the date of issue
of this order.
Ground of the Second Appeal:
The PIO has not provided the reply within the time mandate and after the order of FAA some wage
reply was provided by the PIO. The appellant has not received any satisfactory information from PIO
and hence the appeal is filed.
