ORAL ORDER

Learned
counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that sizeable amount
has already been paid by the present petitioner to the respondent
wife i.e. Rs.64,000/-. So far as remaining amount of Rs.22,000/- is
concerned, some installments may kindly be granted.

Learned counsel
for the respondent submitted that the reamining and outstanding
amount is not Rs.22,000/- but it willo be Rs.27,431/- as per
Annexure-R II to the affiavit-in-reply filed in the present
petition.

In
view of the aforesaid submissions, I hereby direct the present
petitioner to pay Rs.10,000/- to the respondent wife on or before
14th September, 2007, thereafter Rs.10,000/- on or before 14th
October, 2007 and remaining amount of Rs.7,431/- will be paid to
respondent wife on or before 14th November, 2007. There is some
dispute as to the amount of Rs.22,000/- and Rs.27,431. Apart from
this controversy, the aforesaid amount will be paid by the present
petitioner to the respondent wife.

Matter
is adjourned to 19th November, 2007.
