petitioner, Mr. Indrajeet Bhushan who assists Mr. Alok Kumar
Sinha and counsel for the State are present.
Present application has been filed seeking recall of
the order dated 21.09.2011 passed in CWJC No. 10604 of 2008
(Mrs. Pallavi Bishwas vs. State of Bihar & Ors.).
Having perused the averments made in the
application and on hearing the parties, this Court is satisfied that
the present application deserves to be allowed.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the order
dated 21.09.2011 passed in CWJC No. 10604 of 2008 is hereby
recalled.
The writ application now shall be placed under the
heading ‘for admission’ retaining its position.
