1. The appellant did not avail of the opportunity of personal hearing on
29/12/2008. The appeal is, therefore, examined on merit.
2. On perusal of the documents, it is observed that the appellant has sought
to know the criteria for forwarding of applications for jobs/assignments in other
organizations.
3. The CPIO has duly replied and furnished the information. There is,
however, no denial of information.
Decision:
4. Since there is no denial of information and that there are no provision
under the Act for redressal of grievances of the employees of public authorities,
this appeal was unnecessary and is thus disposed of.
