                                                    ORDER

Background

1. The Applicant filed an RTI Application dt.14.11.10 with the PIO, DDK seeking information against 

eight points regarding short term acquisition of programmes 2008 (Fresh & Repeat programmes in 

Urdu for DD Urdu Channel).   On not receiving any reply, she filed an appeal dt.30.12.10 with the 

Appellate Authority reiterating her request for the information.   On still not receiving any reply, she 

filed a second appeal dt.Nil before CIC.

Decision

2. During the hearing, the Respondents submitted that information was provided on 10.12.10 which the 

Appellant, however, denied having received.

3. The Commission directs the PIO to provide a copy of the reply once again along with a copy of the 

relevant page of the dispatch register indicating the date of dispatch of the  reply the first time along 

with the Speed Post No. to the Appellant so that the information reaches her by 30.6.11 .

4. The appeal is disposed of with the above directions.
