Restoration Application No.190144 of 2010 is taken up. Cause shown in
the affidavit filed in support of the application is sufficient. Application
has been filed in time. Order dated 8.7.2010 passed by this Court,
dismissing the petition in default, is hereby recalled. Petition is directed
to be restored to its original number.

In view of recall of the order dated 8.7.2010, interim order granted
earlier on 25.11.2009 is revived and the parties are directed to maintain
status-quo as earlier directed.
