                                                 ORDER

This is the complaint filed by Ms. Anupama Nebhnani against office of the Director, National
Savings Institute, Mumbai.

2. The complainant Ms. Nebhnani stated that in its Order No. CIC/AT/A/2008/662 dated 16.12.2008,
the Commission had directed the respondents to allow her inspection of records relating to her RTI-request.
Though, in compliance of the above order, the respondents had invited her for inspection of the relevant
records on 20.1.2009 between 11 AM. To 5 P.M., yet she could not inspect the documents as she was out of
town for a month during this period. She therefore, requested that respondents may be directed to allow her
one more chance for inspection of the relevant documents.

3. Commission has observed that the complainant could not inspect the documents as she was out of
station. Commission, therefore, directed the CPIO to allow Ms. Nebhnani to inspect the relevant documents
relating to query nos. 2 & 5 of her RTI-request dated 18.12.2007, within 4 weeks of receipt of the order.

4. Ms. Nebhnani The matter is closed with this direction
