                           J U D G M E N T

The petitioner is a Partnership firm and also an

assessee before the first respondent under the Income Tax

Act, 1961. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner

on being aggrieved by Ext.P10 series of garnishee

proceedings.

When this matter is taken up today, the learned standing

counsel appearing for the respondents made available a copy

of the letter dated 27.9.2010 which would reveal that Ext.P10

series of garnishee proceedings have been withdrawn. The

factum of withdrawal of Ext.P10 series of garnishee

proceedings is recorded and accordingly, this Writ Petition is

closed.
