Petitioner and counsel and 4th respondent are present. Both
parties submitted that the subject matter of the Civil Revision petition
and also the writ petition was settled before the Lok Adalat held by
the District Legal Services Authority, Ernakulam on 12.06.2009. Copy
of the Award has been produced before the Adalat. In the
circumstances, no separate order is necessary in these cases. Both
parties agreed that they will abide by the Award passed by the Lok
Adalat held by the District Legal Services Authority, Ernakulam on
12.06.2009.
Both the cases are closed as settled.
