                           J U D G M E N T

The writ petition was filed seeking stay of further proceedings

in EA 2/2007 in OP No.744/04 on the file of the Consumer Disputes

Redressal Forum, Ayyanthole, Trichur. By order dated 1st of March,

2007, this Court granted stay of further proceedings in the EA, but

however the same was vacated by order dated 2/4/2007, taking into

account the facts as reported by the CDRF in its report enclosed to

its letter dated 13/3/2007.

2. It is now reported by the learned Government Pleader

that against the order passed by the CDRF, the petitioner has also

filed an appeal before the State Commission, which is pending.

3. As already noticed, all that the petitioner sought was stay

of further proceedings in EA No.2/2007 in OP 744/04. Virtually, by

order dated 2/4/2007, when the stay order granted was vacated, the

writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Therefore, at this distance of time, no further orders are called

for. Writ petition is closed.
