This matter came up for hearing on 21.05.2009 pursuant to
Commission’s notice dated 08.04.2009. Appellant was absent when
called. Respondents were present through Shri Hari Mohan, Consultant
and Shri Subhash Chander, S.O. (RTI).
2. In the appellant’s RTI-application dated 27.08.2008 (copy
enclosed to this order), the queries are all about information relating to
hypothetical scenarios which she has painted. Appellate Authority, in
his order dated 04.11.2008, rightly dismissed the appellant’s plea for
disclosure of information on the ground that nothing in this
RTI-application conforms to the definition of information contained in
Section 2(f) of the RTI Act.
3. The decision of the Appellate Authority is upheld. Appeal closed.
4. Copy of this direction be sent to the parties.
