1. It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the parties that in

the cause title of the interim order dated 24th August, 2011, some

typographical mistakes have been committed, inasmuch as in cause

title at page-1, Writ Petition number of M/s Hindustan Melleables &

Forging Limited has been wrongly mentioned as W.P.(C) No.1497 of

2011 in place of W.P.(C)No.4197 of 2011.

The aforesaid mistake is corrected in the original order itself,

so as to avoid confusion in future.

2. It has also been pointed out that the cause title of writ petition being

W.P.(C) No.4073 of 2011 has been twice mentioned, one at page-1

and another at page-2.

The second mentioning of the cause title of W.P.(C) No. 4073

of 2011 at page-2 is corrected by deleting it in the original order.

Again for avoiding confusion, correction over the matter in original

order is made in the open Court today.
